The Łużycka 87 Business Centre has been operating on the market since 2001. The company owns the property located in Gryfino. We deal with renting and servicing the buildings on the the premises.

There are 44 office spaces, 5 spacious service sector rooms, and 7 retail outlets at customers' disposal.  All the rooms  are equipped with telephone, alarm and computer systems. There is a possibility to create a computer network between the rooms. 

The finishing standard is at a good level. The car parks offer a lot of space for customers and guests.

In order to provide safety and comfort for our customers the premises are fenced, supervised and lit at night.

We plan to develope one of the building to meet our customers expectations. The properity will extend with 1500 m2 of high standard office space (offices from  28 m2 to 71m2). There will be two conference rooms. Building will be equiped in the elevator designed for handicapped.
